How do I measure my door correctly?

Please Do Not just measure the inner opening. You need to measure the exact frame area where you will stick the Velcro. We cut the screen to the exact dimensions you provide.Width: Measure the outer width of the door frame (left edge to right edge).Height: Measure from the top of the door frame down to the floor.(Tip: If you are unsure, we recommend adding about 1½ in. to the width and about ¾ in. to the height of your inner opening to ensure a secure fit.)

Do I need any tools to install this?

No tools are required. We provide a roll of heavy-duty adhesive velcro. You simply clean your door frame, stick the velcro tape, and press the screen onto it.

How long does shipping take?

Production time: 2–3 business days (each order is custom made).Shipping time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Your estimated delivery window is also shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I change my size after placing an order?

Because we start customizing your screen shortly after the order is placed, please contact us within 3 hours of payment if you need to change dimensions. Once production has started, we cannot modify the size.

Do I need to make deductions for clearance?

No. Please provide the final finished size you want the screen to be. We will manufacture it exactly to your specifications without adding or subtracting anything.

Great product

This product works for rear balcony door on first floor apt and is durable. My only ask is that your engineering team come with a door cam augmented version. As you can see, I had to cut a small hole for my Ring CAM view past the screen.

Great for French doors.

Fantastic product, fast service

We ordered two of these screens so our big dog could move between our front porch and back deck. They're perfect – the white trim makes them blend in well with the door frames while the black screen has them disappear in the opening. Magnets are holding very well. The extra-wide top trim and velcro has them staying put as we pass through the screens.
